It's not too early to start a herb garden indoors! I figured when they start to grow more abundantly it will be about springtime and i can replant them in separate pots! I love having a little green around this time of year!
How?!!! I planted one mid summer last year and it was great, but would love to do it again and start earlier. Tell me of your ways please :D Rachel Farley
I actually have never started from a seed before, this is my first time and I am so excited it has started to bud up. I planted basil, parsley and chives in this one pot and hope that when they spring up more that I will be able to take out an replant in their own pots. So I guess we will find out, its a new experiment.
Thad is a dork. :)...but to answer your questions...I have them in a window in my kitchen because that is the east side and seems to get lots of sunlight. I planted them about 3 weeks ago or so, and I bought the seeds actually at Joann fabics. i think some plant stores have some sales on seeds right now, at least Flowerama did last week I think...but the real test is to see if anything actually springs from the bud! :)
