Thought I would share my smoothie for the day... a bunch of frozen peaches, 1 banana, 1/2 an orange, small scoop of spirulina powder, 3 large kale leaves, and a handful of unsweetened coconut flakes. Coconut water would have made it much smoother, but I only had flakes on hand, and I have to admit that it really wasn't delish until I added the coconut. :) Have a splendid tuesday!
