YAY FOR MANGOS! We had never eaten them much in the states, but eat them almost every morning now. How exciting! Eating the same fruit, different sides of the world. :)
We love mangos, too! Sometimes the kids like to eat them as a hedgehog :)
My husband and I ate our first mangoes in Jamaica, yum! They are a sweet memory ever since : ) What a great way to eat them, thanks!

Whahoo! I just had one of the best mangos in Colorado the other day, and when I tried cutting it I ended up mangling it and making juice! Thanks!
